Refund and Returns Policy

At NAMO HiFi, customer satisfaction is very important to us. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the terms under which you may request a refund, return, or replacement for products and services purchased from www.namohifi.com.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
  • Customized, installed, or used products (such as smart panels, door locks, or automation devices) are not eligible for return once installed.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval of the returned item.
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
  • Installation/service charges are non-refundable once the service is delivered.
  • If you cancel an order before shipment, a full refund will be initiated.

Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Replacements are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence.
  • Software, licenses, or digital products.
  • Products purchased under clearance or special offers marked as “Non-Returnable.”

Return Process

To request a return or refund:

  2. Provide your order number, invoice, and reason for return.
  3. Our support team will guide you through the pickup/return process.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), NAMO HiFi will bear the return shipping charges.
  • For other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
